We are a family-oriented independent insurance agency seeking a hard-working, personable, reliable individual to fill our Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative position. This person will be answering the phone, greeting agency visitors throughout the day, assisting customers with policy changes, billing, document signing, processing endorsements and renewals and much more. This position is all about being able to work well with people and provide top-notch customer service. Therefore, there is a huge emphasis on the candidate being able to relate well to people, while being able to work in time-sensitive scenarios proficiently. Having integrity, treating people with respect and doing the right thing is what our office is all about and we expect that from each of our employees.

This position has an incredible and unique opportunity for advancement, starting at entry-level and being able to advance roles and pay based on abilities and agency growth. Experience in an office setting is appreciated, but a positive and coachable attitude is most important, as we are willing to train the right person.
